KFC - Kingaroy

This was definitely the best service and food we experienced during our four-day getaway where we dined out for all our meals on a 1200km round trip. The manager and staff should be extremely proud. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. I would only recommend one other place from our trip. Since we make this trip every 10 weeks, we will definitely be back.

Today's visit to the restaurant was quite interesting. There were a few minor issues, but they were resolved well by the young male server. Overall, the experience was enjoyable. The young male server was very helpful, polite, and provided the best customer service I've received from a KFC in a long time. The food was good, the restaurant was clean, and well-stocked. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

This is the best KFC we have had in a while. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty - just how it should be. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Orders are usually wrong or cold. The wait to be served is far to long. Some of the older staff should have been replaced a very long time ago. Just no consistency at all. This KFC needs a bit of an overhaul with staff and management.
