Vitality Bowls Castle Rock

I only am giving it 3* because it tasted good. I ordered at 12:02 and at 12:30 I still hadn 't received my food. When I asked (at 12:28), they told me it would be another 7-10 minutes, despite only 4 people already there waiting when I ordered. I watched several people come in and leave with the food they ordered. When my food arrived, it was wrapped to go even though I said it was for here as it was over 90° outside. When I opened the bag, there was some sort of liquid all over the outside of the container. I ended up leaving with my order at 12:35. By the way, my order was not fancy or complicated. It was 2 standard items directly of the posted menu (a med. Vitality bowl and dragon smoothie). 5* for taste, 1* for service 3*. I 'm not sure I would go back. Definitely don 't go if you only have a 30 min. lunch.

Been patronizing since they opened and they never disappoint. Great healthy food and most importantly the staff is excellent. Kind, friendly and efficient.

I absolutely LOVE this establishment!! The acai bowls are a great value compared to other places and very filling! The owner is awesome, my daily go to when I want something good tasting AND healthy!

For $12 this Vitality bowl should be filled to the top! Waited too long, no help, complainted owner said that was normal. Not more of my business!

February 2022 Very good selection of healthy bowls, wraps, and smoothies. The Acai elixir smoothie with strawberries and bananas was very good. Not too expensive either at about $9, but I waited 25 minutes and there were only 3 other customers the whole time, and it ended up being the order was not printed for the guy making the drinks in the back, but they did give me a refund with the drink. If not for the foul up I'd give it 5 stars.
