Shake Shack Kop Outside Of Mall

Let's be honest here, Some of the best take out burgers I have ever had. The burgers were so delicious and even the fries slapped. The sad part is that I live far away and haven't had a burger that tasted as good as they have. Will totally go again if i'm in the area.

First time at this location and unfortunately it was disappointing. Spent close to $50 for just two people for for the same or less than fast food quality. My burger was cold and tasted like it's been sitting out all day. Hot dog was good but very sloppily thrown together. The Chicken Sandwich we ordered was good. The person that took our order was friendly but otherwise the staff did not look happy to be there. Also got that feeling when I had to approach them for something missing in our order. Lastly it was very cold in the building so it was a bit uncomfortable.

I'm on a business training session in King Of Prussia. And I was looking for a decent burger place to just grab and go. I wasn't feeling the usual fast food burger places that we all know. I saw Shake Shack on Google in the area and decided to head over. The staff was professional and the wait was minimal. I was able to try a double shack burger and fries with ginger ale. The burger was well seasoned and the toppings were crisp. The fries weren't greasy and little seasoned. I enjoyed the meal. This place would be somewhere I'd visit again once I'm back in KOP.

Overall typically busy. On this day not as much. Chicken Shack is great well cooked with the condiments, hits the right spot. Plenty of seating areas both in and out. Good customer service. Worth exploring!

I had my first visit to Shake Shack, and it was fantastic! The service was incredibly friendly, and the burgers were the juiciest and most flavorful I've ever had. They even offered gluten-free buns, which was a pleasant surprise! I had a lovely conversation with the manager, Molly, and was particularly impressed by one of her employees, Obrahian. He treated our family like we were old friends. It's a great spot to enjoy some delicious food away from the mall. We came in for a meal and left feeling satisfied and happy. Thank you!
