Shake Shack - King of Prussia

The fries and burger were served cold. The cheese was not good and the bacon was fatty.

We ordered 2 Bacon Double Cheeseburgers and Cheese Fries. The food arrived hot and was delicious. However, one of the burgers was missing the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles that we had requested. We also ordered a Black White Shake and a Cookies and Cream Shake, both of which were very good. Overall, the food was great.

We threw away one out of three burgers because it was very undercooked.

This restaurant is fantastic with delicious food! I had a great experience during my first visit to this Shake Shack location. The restaurant was busy, but the food was served quickly. The quality of the food is excellent, even better than other burger joints with higher prices. The fries could be improved, but overall, they serve the best-tasting burger!

Shake Shack does not live up to its reputation. I used to believe it was a great place to eat, but I will not be returning until they stop using Martin's Potato Rolls for their burgers. The staff also need to improve.
