Bidrage med feedbackMy wait for food should not have exceeded 45 minutes, but by the time it arrived, it was completely soggy and unappetizing. The flavors were off, and the fries were lackluster and poorly seasoned. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and neither I nor my family would recommend this place.
I went to this restaurant for lunch today, and the staff is truly amazing! They are very respectful and serve food quickly. The employees I interacted with are Zyon Simpson, Taryale Alexander, and Tyshir Jaffcoat. I give this place a perfect score! If you're looking for a delicious burger, especially their milkshake, you should definitely come here for lunch or dinner. I guarantee you’ll enjoy the food 100%!
Located in the Savor food court at the King of Prussia Mall's central connector on the mid-level, Melt Shop is a paradise for chicken sandwich and cheese enthusiasts. They serve delicious fried chicken sandwiches from a diverse menu packed with flavor options. Today, I tried the Korean BBQ Chicken Sandwich, featuring crispy chicken smothered in a wonderfully sticky sweet BBQ sauce. It’s topped with creamy rainbow slaw, adding a delightful crunch to every bite. I'm eager to explore more of their menu. The counter service is attentive and courteous, and you can choose to sit in their designated area, in the general food court seating, or take your tasty meal home.
I've worked in the mall and frequented this place for about 3 years now. It's honestly very hit and miss. The biggest frustration is the service. Today is a slow Monday and I stood at the vacant counter as the only person in line for about 10 minutes without being so much as acknowledged. I eventually gave up and then watched another person meet the same fate. On my last visit, I asked if I could have Bleu cheese instead of ranch on my chicken tenders and the cashier was entirely mindblown by this request, it took us a while of negotiating before we figured out how such a request was possible. Most of the food could be described as just ok. The fries as soggy and I recommend avoiding them. The Mike's Honey Hot sandwich is their biggest stand out item in my opinion. That is the one item I highly recommend. And while they are certainly overpriced, they're still probably the most affordable restaurant in that particular food court. So in conclusion, if you can convince them to serve you, stick to the Honey Hot sandwich and you'll be ok.
New girl who rang me up was rude and needs further training in customer service skills. The attitude she gave me when I tried to explain my order to her was unnecessary.
