Founding Farmers - King of Prussia

There are plenty of options for vegans at Founding Farmers. Many items can be made vegan, including pasta, spaghetti squash, and the delicious veggie loaf. The restaurant also offers a great beer selection and creative drinks, with a nod to Canton in some recipes (one of my favorite liquors).

I returned to this restaurant for the second time. The ambiance is lovely. Although there are no completely vegan options on the menu, there are several dishes that can be modified to be vegan. I ordered the roasted vegetable sandwich with avocado and it was delicious! The sandwich was served on apple walnut raisin bread and the portion size was satisfying. I would consider coming back with a group for work events, but there aren't enough vegan options to justify visiting on my own.

This is a lovely location with many menu choices, however, as a non-vegan, I believe they could improve by offering tofu scramble and a vegan dessert option, such as yogurt.

Despite seeing ao many negative posts about this restaurant- our experience was very good. They have an impossible burger and an impossible meatloaf including other options they offered. We got the impossible meatloaf with vegan mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was really good!! Updated from previous review on 2022-05-27

I called to ask about the vegan options when I saw a “meatless menu” online and couldn’t tell if the meatless items were vegan. The person on the phone said there weren’t a lot of vegan options, but gave me some examples of what I could get. I decided to take a chance. The server contradicted what the person on the phone and confirmed with the chef to make sure what I got was vegan. I had the Impossible Meatloaf that came with green beans and mashed potatoes. It was okay. My non-vegan friend had a few bites and thought it was tasty. While I wouldn’t pick to go there, it’s good know there are a few options if a friend wanted to go.
