Domino's Pizza - King of Prussia

I'm sorry to hear that you had such a disappointing experience. It seems that your order was not prepared, and there was no response to your calls for an hour. Despite having left a generous tip of over 50%, it was frustrating that the service did not meet your expectations.

I wish I had paid attention to the reviews before ordering from this restaurant. I’ve placed three orders here. The first time, everything went smoothly. The second time, they called to let me know they didn't have a delivery driver and asked if I could pick it up instead. It was inconvenient, but they compensated me by refunding my delivery fee and tip. Unfortunately, the third order was marked as complete immediately, but the food never arrived. I tried calling twice, but the phone system is terrible, and they hung up on me right away both times. Now I'm out $40 unless I decide to dispute the charge, which I’m seriously considering.

Pathetic service, we ordered a Extra large pizza and instead got a medium. The person at the counter named “clyton” refused to provide the original ordered Extra Large size and did not even give a refund for the price difference . On top he was rude and asked to either take or leave the incorrect order.

The quality of food keeps deteriorating. The ‘pizza’ has become a bread with cheese regardless of how much you pay. Never again to this place.

Never again with these people.I’m not sure what’s wrong with this location but I’ve gotten better service in Norristown.Last time they said they would add a free pizza to my account because of an order that never arrived but they never did.Tonight I ordered and they called me w couple minutes after ordering and said they wanted to close early tonight on Saturday so they won’t be delivering it. Not even allowing me to pick it up. Then hung up on me.
