During a long trip, we decided to stop for some ice. Since we had a few hours ahead of us, we used the restrooms again. My companions suggested I try the "heart" restroom, thinking it might be a bit cleaner. I’m not certain it was. The state of that bathroom was so appalling that it made me lose my appetite completely. If the restroom is in such terrible condition, I can only imagine what the kitchen must be like. I would recommend going somewhere else! Honestly, the one-star rating feels generous.

The ice I got was already melted to the point, from the cup to drop when I was handed over to it, but otherwise it was a good place.

I wanted to go home. was not greeted with hallo, hi, hey, nothing but a stupid look in her face. my job went to pop machine, which was covered in other peoples müll. waited for my food and could not help to see the escaping area. now, the amount of food, müll and other things on the floor and tables was disgusting! but wait, there's more. two workers sitting on milk boxes do nothing! 10 out of 10 would not recommend. if the dining area looks like this, you can only imagine how the kitchen looks.

In contrast, you completely outperformed Tim Hortons across the street, where there was no water available to wash your hands, the hand dryers didn’t work, and the place was unclean. The staff at DQ were friendly, and our shakes were just as we expected. However, the employees at Tim Hortons were rude and didn’t speak English, which made communication quite difficult.
