The staff was very polite and attentive. I would definitely recommend stopping by Dietuck's at Coushatta Casino Resort.

I always visit this place whenever I have some free time. My go-to order is the pink drink with mocha or cold foam on top.

After two years holed up because of covid this was a much needed getaway. Had not been there in six years and room was comped for two nights, Awesome! Forced us to go.! lol. Room was good. I realize the Hotel Casino took a hit the last two years so little things that bothered my wife did not bother me as much, such as windows were very dirty on the outside, glasses didn't look clean, a little dusty and dated. Everything else was Great! King room came with fridge and microwave. The casino same as before slots galore.! One thing different, when playing you won't be asked if you need a drink. Now have to get an advantage card, put it in the machine, pick from the menu and drink arrives within 5 min. really fast!! Food Gumbeaux's, seafood platter was the best. Terrace Cafe, had a great omelette for breakfast. Noodles Chinese, someone needs to show them how to make egg rolls, Dam.!! Slots were tight.! Good fun stay though.

This is the best of the 3 Coushatta lodgings near the casino, it's in the same structure and is only an elevator ride to the casino entrance. At the time we stayed there was no valet service, room service, or housekeeping service, all due to covid causing a worker shortage. Rooms are very nice, well furnished and decorated. Beds are a bit firmer than we like. Roomy desk, and very large TV with good channel selections available. Small kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Nice large bathroom with dual head shower. An oddity, there was only one soap bar provided. Wifi was surprisingly fast. There is a safe in the room. See pics.

It's about a dollar more than a typical coffee shop since it's located in a casino, but since it's the only decent coffee spot between Alexandria and Lake Charles, it's worth it if you need your caffeine fix!
