As always perfect customer service, perfect vibes, and a perfect establishment.This is my go to chill spot when I need to escape from everyone and everything I come here you automatically get a homey relaxed feeling. Ann is my boo she's super cool always in a good mood very helpful when explaining different flavors she prompt with changing out coals and to make sure everything's fine with the flavor, and your comfort.. I've been to one other hookah lounge and let's just say the The shisha lounge is by far the best I've been to. I'm here so much my friends and family home with me like you must work there as much as you're in there lol but I really enjoy this place. I recommend The Shisha lounge if you're looking for a chill, laid back hang out spot

This hookah Lounge had a laid back vibe. Their hookahs are cheap. They had a discount for military discount on Veterans Day which was nice. They had cards available for us to play (Phase 10 and Uno). Coals were being rotated every 30 minutes. They had a BYOB option. The music started off R&B, but after a group of 12-15 people walked in, it switched to hip hop. I wish that they had the games playing on a few of the TV's. We were told they closed at 11, but when we left at 10:57, there were still people walking in. I'd consider staying open later on Holiday's. It was overall a decent experience for a Weekday.

If your just trying to chill and enjoy music this is the place to go. Rarely do they have loud customers but when they do, they normally stay by their tables and won't bother you. If you ever have an issue with a group Honey (The worker) does great in helping the situation. Great Hookahs and everything . Free Song Requests as well. I've been to all the ones in the area and this one wins.

I love this place so much. The people yeah work here. The music. The vibe. It's perfect.
