Subway - Killeen

The Subway Club was absolutely delicious, and the chocolate chip cookies were just as tasty. The staff was also very courteous. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5.

The staff are both professional and extremely friendly! The sandwiches are absolutely delicious.

So i was at subway about a week ago, coming from my break at work. I expected to be treated with care but that wasn’t the case at all. Some man took my order perfectly but when I came to pay, this younger guy named Zachary took my payment. When I inserted my card, waiting for approval he got on his phone right in front of my face not once but TWICE. I looked at him dead in my face as he stood in front of me on his phone. Horrible customer service, I don’t think I will be returning…

I went there with my sister, and it turned out to be one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The staff was rude and even gave us dirty looks. We felt unwelcome the entire time. The food was good—it's hard to mess up a sandwich—but the poor service really overshadowed our visit.
