Pizza Hut - Killeen

Let me first say that this pizzeria hat in the distance was the worst pizzeria hat restaurant I ate. BUT let me order and see if this time is different... because they are disappointed again and again. I have ordered from this place in the past and there is a good reason why I still think Dominos is even better than PH. This place never seemed to have bones in wings, which I will say they are better than Dominoes, BUT they gave me a small part of fries that seemed like they were eating. All in all, I can go into much detail, but it is not worth it. I just think this location has to be closed or its administration is poor, who knows.

Excellent service and real good taste pizza, this pizza hat place has the best pizza and costume service then the other locations, real friendly workers

My grandson loves the cinnamon strokes here. I wanted to try the scratches and it wasn't disappointed.

This pizza was disgusting I got food poisoning!!! I threw pizza since I woke up. The sauce or cheese was old. In the time I came home, my pizza (I live only 10 minutes away), it was dry and I couldn't even bite in it. I had to cut it with a knife. From the appearance of dry pizza it was probably sitting there for a while before I picked it up. There was hardly any sauce OR cheese on it. I don't even want to eat pizza again after I feel the way I am now.

My order took 35 minutes longer than I was told with no explanation. I called the store several times and twice was hung up after asking about my order.
