Mcdonald's - Killeen

I simply requested salads and mayonnaise for my daughter's burger, but instead of the salad, they overloaded it with onions. The staff was quite rude as well. It seems like you need new employees who know how to treat customers properly. Overall, the service was disappointing.

Additionally, my sister asked for water multiple times and was willing to pay for it, but she never received it. To make matters worse, the food I ordered was just tossed into the bag, and I didn’t receive everything I had requested. The burgers were also quite dry. My sister and I are easygoing and not the type to create a fuss, but it felt like the staff had given up on helping us. This isn’t the first time we've faced issues at this location. I’m really disappointed by the lack of care shown. We won't be returning to the McDonald's at 4300 Central Texas Expressway. If you want a better experience, try the Harker Heights location—at least they have well-trained staff and good customer service.

I stopped at McDonald's to use the ladies' room, but I found all the entrance doors locked. I thought this was unusual since there were people inside sitting at tables and eating. It was around 4:30 PM. So, I got back in my car and queued up in the drive-thru, which had two lines of cars. After about 20 minutes, as I was picking up my frozen Dr. Pepper, I asked the girl at the drive-thru why the doors were locked. She explained that they do this when they're busy to prevent customers from having to wait too long to be served. Interesting approach!

Asked for tarter sauce on the side for 2 fish sandwiches. I got 2 boxes with the sauce in them. What a waste. I ordered 1 drink, they had to know there was only 1 person in the car. The fish really wasn't all that hot, even though the dinner rush had just ended.Food: 3/5

They either need to hire more people or work faster. You 'll wait 10 min or more standing if you want to order inside. Not so fast food of them.
