Jack In The Box - Killeen

That's the worse Jack post. It took 30 minutes to prepare a burger. They weren't busy either. It's not the first time this happened. This for the third time. You really need help. People were up to date. They were so slow.

Horrible wait time, extremely rude staff. Sitting in line for 20 minutes since ordering our food, still haven’t made it to the window with only 2 cars in line.

Worst Jack in the Box in Central Texas. Long wait times with lazy employees and terrible management. I don't even know why I keep going back to constantly be disappointed. Always missing items in my order and food wait tines are the worst.

Very slow, short staff, staff uniform are very unprofessional (e.i. one person have no belt and he keep pulling his pants up and I can see his underwear and the older man his buttons are unbutton, and their intercom sucks.

They are slow unprofessional and didn't have what we wanted to eat but didn't say anything
