Ihop - Killeen

Our server, Walter, was friendly and enjoyable, but we had to wait an hour for our food. If this issue had been addressed properly, I wouldn't have given just two stars. Walter is the only reason I awarded any stars at all.

The food was outstanding, and our server was exceptional! The atmosphere was a bit chaotic, especially on the floor, but our table was clean and organized. Our orders arrived quickly: we had braided beef tips with over-easy eggs and delicious hash browns. The birthday cake pancakes were also fantastic! Overall, I rate the food a perfect 5/5.

Another great place for food. It was much busier than Denny's. Denny's had maybe 6 or 8 employees in the whole store, IHOP had at least that many servers. An extremely friendly staff overall. Many tables were in use and a short wait time. Breakfast for me was a cheesy omelet with hash browns (it was huge and for the first time I needed a to go container) dinner was turkey, gravy, broccoli and mashed potatoes again another tasty and filling meal.

It's a good place. All pancakes are very recommended. The have seasonal pancakes dishes worth trying. The Mexican Tres Leches is very recommended ?.

New to the area. Waited patiently to be seated. Once seated no one acknowledge what we wanted to drink or whatsoever. Then people after us was seated and they were ask what they wanted to drink and was acknowledge. Poor customer service! So we decided to just leave and never ordered since the people just kept ignoring us.
