Firehouse Subs Killeen

*first-timer* good customer service. The girl greeted me and had recommended two items so I found that very helpful. The cashier threw in a free drink so that was cool. I got the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and it was good.

This firehouse sub location is horrible. We walked into no air and the lights off. So I asked if they were open and she said was ?yeah?? I should have known it was going to be down from there. The service is the worst part. I ordered a hot sandwich but itwas ice cold. I went to the counter to explain it was freezing cold. She said ?no. I heated it.? After she gave me the sandwichback she left off all the toppings and gave me stale bread. They were so incredibly rude. I?m surprised this location is stillopen. Won?t ever be returning.

Second time I?ve ordered online at this location. Both times the sandwiches were missing items I added on when I customized. Additionally, they had no ice for the fountain drinks. Location looked like it was closed both times, AC off, lights off.Definitely not what I?m used to at a Firehouse location

I tried The Engineer Grandson had the kids Turkey and cheese. The reception from the staff was nice as we walked in the door. The cashier was very helpful with our order as well. The place looked closed as we drove up the bldg. The windows were tinted,and no cars were in the parking lot. I was pretty surprised on how clean it was inside. Grandson loved the whole "fireman "theme too. This was a plus nice alternative from burgers Tacos. The only downside was that the air-conditioning was Out andit was pretty toasty in there! But, with a name like ???? FIREHOUSE SUBS...we expected a slightly different experience anyways. ????

I've always been a huge fan of Firehouse Subs—Subway doesn't even compare. Their sandwiches are incredibly tender and flavorful, made with fresh ingredients and served on soft bread that has just the right amount of crunch. Yesterday, my wife tried half of my sandwich for the first time and absolutely loved it! It's now one of our go-to choices for a weekday date night.
