Excellent service! The staff was both helpful and well-informed about the menu items.

Cold hot dog, cold fries, and the blizzard machine was down even though an employee just took a blizzard to the back while eating it walking through the food prep area. Department of health WILL be contacted and I HOPE all these teenagers will be fired and replaced with people happy to have a job at all...spoiled kids have no place in the work force.

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience after visiting this restaurant. Upon my arrival, a staff member actually warned me about the food's poor quality. I had been there a few times before, so I was disappointed to see people hanging around, using inappropriate language, and looking rather downcast, as if they were unaware of their surroundings. I also noticed that they weren't wearing gloves, which is concerning, especially in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. It's unfortunate, as I've heard this place has been struggling for years, particularly since it hadn't been open for a long time. I genuinely hope they can make some improvements.

The staff are friendly, and the food is quite good for the area. The cashier has always been very nice during my visits. My food was only delayed once.

The food was excellent, and the staff were fantastic! I especially want to give a huge thank you to Dylan, who exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be a lifelong customer. Keep up the great work, everyone!
