Statham's - Kilkenny

We spontaneously chose to have dinner at Stathams. Darren greeted us and escorted us to a nice table in the restaurant. Lucas took care of us and explained the new menu. We started with the focaccia, had sirloin for our main course, and shared the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The food was fantastic, especially the crispy potato hash browns with truffle mayo. They were absolutely amazing! A big thank you to the talented chef and his team, as well as to Darren and Lucas for making our evening so enjoyable. We will definitely return!

Our dining experience at Statham's was exceptional. The presentation and the delicious flavors made it the highlight of our trip to Ireland.

We decided to try out Statham's on a whim while strolling around Kilkenny in search of a place to dine. We were pleasantly surprised by our choice as our dinner at Statham's was delicious and made for a perfect ending to our day in Kilkenny. The menu offered a variety of meat and seafood options, and we opted for the sirloin steak and the ribeye pork chop, both of which were superb. For dessert, we indulged in a delicious figgy pudding. Statham's is definitely the go-to spot for a fantastic meal in Kilkenny.

We had dinner there on Sept 18 and the food and service were excellent. We ordered several different main courses and all of us enjoyed our meal.

Had a wonderful stay at the Pembroke Hotel and went to the Statham’s restaurant for dinner. Amazing food and service, would highly recommend!
