Marble City - Kilkenny

On Tuesday, we came in for lunch and were pleased with the tasty dishes and exceptional service provided by the welcoming staff. Despite one mishap where a full glass of red wine was spilled, it was promptly replaced at no extra cost without us needing to request it. Although the restaurant was bustling, the service remained top-notch. If we find ourselves back in Kilkenny, we would definitely return.

We visited this delightful local restaurant while on a day trip to Kilkenny and were impressed with its stylish yet welcoming atmosphere. Despite being busy, we were seated promptly and received excellent service. The food was delicious, with my ham salad sandwich standing out as a particular highlight. If we return to Kilkenny in the future, we will definitely be back.

I recently visited this charming bar and restaurant for the second time, after having been there a few months ago. I was pleased to find that everything was just as wonderful as before. The food was still delicious, fresh, and hot, and the steak was particularly good value. The staff were all exceptional, with three different members providing excellent service. The young man and woman who served our food and drinks were particularly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. It's refreshing to see such attentive and enthusiastic staff, as this is not always the case in other establishments. Even when some of our group requested modifications to their dishes, such as different sides or sauces, the staff handled it all without any issues. We also had a positive interaction with another friendly man at the bar when making our booking. Overall, our experience at this restaurant was fantastic and I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic service and delicious food! I ordered the cheeseburger meal, and it was excellent. I must mention that the coleslaw was the best I've ever tasted. It was a much-appreciated break, complete with a great meal and a beer for a tired traveler.

We enjoyed breakfast at the café, ordering a mini Irish breakfast along with a pancake, sausage, and egg meal. The food was excellent, and the service was fantastic!
