Dumpling Magic - Kilkenny

My wife and I had lunch yesterday. My lemon chicken was a bit overcooked, but my wife's bun with rice noodles was a better choice. There were very few gluten-free options available. The service was decent and the prices were fair. Overall, it was an average dining experience.

My partner and I visited this restaurant for a quick meal. He ordered the chicken noodles and I had the roasted beef with rice. While the dishes were nicely presented and the staff was friendly, we found the flavors to be lacking. Overall, the dining experience fell short for me.

Every time I've visited this restaurant, I've tried the hot and sour soup with delicious noodles. I've read the reviews and think people need to relax - it may be cheap, but the food is tasty. I give it top marks.

I've been here for as long as it has been opened and have never had a problem with changing my rice to broccoli. Today, I went in with my friend to order the usual hainan chicken with broccoli but was told today there was no...such thing even though I came in yesterday. After explaining that I've been here numerous times without a problem, I was advised that this is no longer allowed and this is the last time they are going to do it. In the kitchen, my friend who is Chinese can hear the lady yelling and swearing about the situation. This is disgusting coming from an independent business, you'd think they value their customers more. Never will I come here again.
