Bidrage med feedbackI had the delicious Pan Mee with Soup at this restaurant. The anchovy broth was delicious, topped with onion oil and spicy red chillies to complement the hand-torn noodles.
The moment I saw the sign advertising Rendang Laksa, I knew I had to try it for lunch! The service was excellent, with a confident 4-year-old girl greeting me and taking my order, under the watchful eye of her amused mother. The Laksa was delicious, packed with chicken and bursting with flavor, and all at a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning to this family-run restaurant when I am in the area again!
Absolutely fantastic! This restaurant serves a truly authentic and traditionally prepared Malaysian dish called 'Nasi Lemak' - coconut-infused rice topped with a fried egg, crunchy peanuts, sliced cucumber, dried anchovies, spicy sambal, creamy chicken curry, and a sweet caramelized chili onion jam. I highly recommend it if you want to experience a delicious burst of flavors or satisfy your craving for Malaysian cuisine. It is absolutely delicious!
This small place next to the food court at Kilburn has beautiful Malaysian food, all freshly made and nicely presented. Some of the dishes are not available every day, but it is worth trying anything new that you see! There is a sticky rice dish that has chicken, mushroom and other small items that is steamed in a basin, we had it once but it's only there on Saturday! The lovely couple who run it just can't manage to have everything, every day, but there is always something delicious for lunch. And because they make their own sambals, the food is just a little different to what you might have had elsewhere. I am a bit rusted-on to their Nasi Lemak: the chicken component is delicious, the onion sambal likewise, and all the crunch bits are freshly crunchy!
If you like good tasty authentic Malaysian eats at Churchill area, this is a nice little corner to get from.
