Maui Rotisserie Chicken - Kīhei

Make sure you go to the new location at 1214 South Kihei Road, not here. Great chicken and ribs all around!

I give five stars for both types of meat. They were dried and smoked to perfection. The choice between corn or white rice didn't make a difference; both were great!

They discovered this restaurant when they first started exploring. Unsure of what to expect but eager to try it out, I ended up finishing an entire chicken rib. We were pleased with the chicken, which was delicately seasoned and quite flavorful. The ribs had a good taste but weren’t as tender as we would have liked. Just a note: they're located in Kihei and are open on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The chicken is fantastic—super moist and flavorful. The spice rub on the ribs is excellent, but the ribs themselves are not as tender as you might expect. If you're looking for fall-off-the-bone ribs, this isn't the place for that, but they are still very delicious.
