Subway - Kiel

Food was ok, had to ask for sandwich to be toasted. Ordered 6 sub, charged for footlong. Will be sure to check that refund actually gets done. Only 2 teens working. I have tried calling multiple times the past several months to preorder food for pick up, multiple occasions... no answer each time. I go to the store to place an order since phone didn't work, and the workers are sitting in a booth, talking or on their phones. Poor customer service. Food was fine.
