Riverview Family - Kiel

My husband is the most picky person I know. We had limited expectations for a quick bite. Our food tasted fresh and delicious. The fries were the best I ever had! I had a chickenfajita pack that was delicious! Our waitress was very attentive, but did not float. Great job! Very recommended!

Only recently discovered the Riverview Family Restaurant and had breakfast there twice! The omelets are very good! So delicious. Another discovery is that they begin to make their own River View Signature Hot Sauce, which is from this world! Just got their first delivery and a case is gone! You remember selling it when it's okay. I had it on my eggs and it's much better than Franks or the other hot sauces out there. Can't wait to go back!

We drive ALL THE WAY to this place for breakfast! (about 35 minutes). A mixture of tables, stands and a breakfast bar / stool. Many windows, bright and airy atmosphere.... and CLEAN. Wait staff is diligent to keep the coffee cups full! There is a complete menu: sandwiches, salads, dinner, pastas, wraps. This is a place where you can get breakfast ANY TIME of the day. update: NEW Signature hot sauce is a great addition to my standard: Mushroom pig omelet.

Came with some friends here to recharge before playing 18 holes golf and although it wasn't my favorite, it was a good choice. The river had to be behind the restaurant, although there was definitely no view of one. The service was very good and they were always warming up on my coffee. I had the special that the country was fried steak with agitator and hash brown. I finished my food and even some of my friends cookies and Gravy so you could say that I was quite hungry! I'm not very often here, but I'd come back when in the area.

Great food, quick service. Would've liked to be able to sub out meat for potatoes (we're vegetarian) Instead I was charged for meat I didn't want and charged extra for potatoes. Doesn't make sense, since meat costs way more than potatoes.
