Smarts - Kidlington

The chips at this restaurant are truly delicious. The staff is very kind and patient when taking your order. They are also accommodating if you want to swap out any items in your meal.

I purchased a serving of chips from Smart's Fish and Chips Shop in Kidlington today. Unfortunately, when I returned home and plated the chips, I was shocked to discover that only 10% of them were edible. The remaining chips were hard and unappetizing. I was very disappointed by this experience. It is unacceptable to take people's money and provide such poor quality food. I am appalled. Typically, the two men who work there serve generous portions of fresh chips. This lady needs to pay more attention to providing good service. I will never return to this establishment. Treating regular customers in such a disrespectful manner is unacceptable. I hope the management addresses this issue so that they do not lose any more customers like myself who spend a lot of money each week there. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is unacceptable!

These are the most delicious chips ever and the staff is really friendly and attentive to your order. If you didn't want anything, you could easily decline.

I bought a portion of chips today from smarts fish and chips shop in Kidlington, today, the lady gave me old chips, when I got back and put the chips onto a plate I was shocked to find that only of the chips were edible. The rest hard and disgusting. Very upset with this. How can you take people's money and give them such garbage. I'm astonished at this. There is usually two men working there who give very good portions and fresh. This lady must really not care about providing a good service. Awful. I will never go there again because of this. Its criminal treating regular customers like that. I hope this lady is given a stern talking too as she's made a mockery of the business and lost them a customer, I spend alot in there many weeks. I'll take my money elsewhere. Disrespectful!
