Суши Wok - Khot'kovo

We ordered sushi for takeout on July 21, 2024. We have never had such awful sushi before. The rice was overcooked, and all the sushi had a sour taste due to the excessive vinegar. Even the ginger and wasabi were just terrible in both flavor and appearance. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 3

Despite the fact that the chain is unified, it is much better than a similar establishment in Pushkino. It was delicious! We were satisfied and recommend it.

The restaurant has a very cozy and bright atmosphere! They prepare delightful rolls, and we also tried the wok and pizza, which we enjoyed very much! I definitely recommend visiting this place!

I placed an order on July 17 and paid for it right away, as I wanted to surprise my parents. However, the store canceled my order without any warning. I just received a text saying that my money would be refunded. Today is July 28, and I still haven’t received my refund. In the meantime, I called them twice and submitted a complaint to customer support, but they haven't contacted me! I definitely do not recommend ordering from Novokosino, at least not for the time being!

Очередной раз убеждаюсь что заказывать не надо тк ждать 2-3ч это полный капец, еда может быть и более менее вкусная, но ожидание это капец работники берут ролы режут их, потом трогают все вещи ими и дальше режут и складывают ролы, плюси система почти все время не работает, не получается сделать заказ
