I used to be a regular customer of this restaurant but it has lost its old charm; both in taste, and service. Always recommended this restaurant to all my friends but not anymore after my two bad experiences on the last two visits to this place. Once the service person brought ice cold water when I ordered (water with no ice) mentioned specifically while ordering. Even though they replaced the water with a new bottle of water, they charged for both without even apologizing for their mistake. We ignored this thinking maybe the waiter missed our request in hurry. But when I visited today, I got assured that service persons are not interested in any kind of service, they are busy using their smartphones. Today, we ordered some varieties of dishes with Khanom Chin , but it wasn 't served. So we enquired about it to the service person, and she told us will serve soon. But after a while, we called the other service person because they did not provide what we ordered, suddenly the service person was claiming, it was not available. Isn 't it the basic manner of a service person to inform the customer prior when something is not available? What amazes me the most is, they were busy using their smartphones without even enquiring what customers need. PS.
