I came to Keystone for a conference and was so impressed by the caring and engaging team members! Lisa Ann, Tommy and Jonathan made our stay and experience phenomenal! I know that it is tough with staffing to get great people, but this hotel and restaurant nailed it! Definitely will come back.

I stayed in room #2672. It had a cozy, slightly cluttered ski cabin vibe, but it served its purpose. The hot tubs were quite small, but the property itself is beautiful, and the views from the balcony were fantastic.
