Lime An American Cantina - Keystone

Pretty terrible. The salmon had absolutely no taste to it. I couldn?t even finish it, it was so bland. Had a carnitas taco too and it didn?t seem to have any flavor either. Service was fine. We had a big group and the waiter was well organized with our orders and bills. But if you want Mexican in Keystone, Dos Locos is a better option. It?s still not fabulous, but better. Or just wait until you get down to Denver where there?s many great options.

Lime was a great dinner. I ordered steak fajitas and they were good, I would recommend. The staff was super friendly, and service was great. My one complaint here is that they turned off the March Madness game half way through.

The garnelenquesadilla was a hearty portion and full of taste. the guacamole and sour looked toppings couple perfect with him. the garnels were cooked for perfection. it goes down as one of my favorite dishes. my wife had the fajitas and they were also amazing. the prices were less than other places close. do not let the other negative reviews take them away.

Seated promptly, but server never came. Left after 15 mins. Hope they can improve their staffing.

Kyle was on his opening day as a server and crushed it! He was prompt, polite, interacted with the kids, brought them kid friendly cups, and kept our margs flowing. He added the extra onions we requested and the fajitas were spot on. Ask for Kyle at the hostess stand! You will not be disappointed.
