This place is phenomenal. If u want great wine and award winning deserts this is the place to come! If u want cheap fried food and barefoot wine, go to anywhere else in keystone. All the negative reviews are from people that obviously have no class and think that everything here should be as cheap as a drive through... come here for the best meal in town!
Disgusting, greasy shrimp..smelled strong like they spoiled before being fried. Awful after waiting over 30 minutes. Wait staff seemed unconcerned with our long wait for our food and for the stinky shrimp.
We waited several months after the opening to give the restaurant a chance to work the kinks out. Upon arrival we were seated quickly. The outdoor area is very nice with big screen TVs, and the bar area was very nice. The regular dining area was a little empty looking, and kind of underwhelming. Could be because of COVID though. My partner and I ordered steaks and scallops. I got a house Cabernet which was 7$ but tasted very good. The steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly, which was nice because they were priced a little higher than other steak houses. 22$ for a 12oz and 28$ for a 16oz plus 12$ for the scallops added on. You get 8 scallops with the add on, but they're large and very delicious. Cooked perfectly. The side salad was small but tasty, and the baked potato was your average small restaurant potato, no salted crispy outside. We also ordered the cheese fries as an appetizer for 10$. It was a large portion and we really liked it. The service was good. We had leftovers to take home. I'd say overall we really enjoyed it, but at 90$ for the meal it will be more of a special occasion dinner place. We took some photos but had already dug into our steaks by the time i remembered to take pictures lol.
Husband and I decided to finally give it a try, our first impression as we walked in and sat down was we bought thought it's atmosphere is cold and uninviting like dining in a taxidermy, just nothing seemed to flow. We ordered the fried mushrooms for an appetizer very rubbery like they put in microwave to heat up. We each ordered ribeyes they were well seasoned and cooked the way we asked just had a lot of fat. The potatoes were done perfectly, salads small but ok nothing special. Waitress was attentive and welcoming. Not for us.
