New York Pasta Garden - Key West

Food was great. Service was great. Even got free app. Why not 5 stars? We were a party of 3 and the bill had an auto gratuity added. Waiter didn't say anything at the time. And the credit card slip to sign didn't say there was a gratuity also added. So I felt like most people would double tip. Waiter should have said he was doing auto gratuity and the credit card slip to sigh should also say “add additional tip” not “add tip”.

Staff was very friendly. I sat outside while it is on Duval St it is kinda of tucked away so it is still some what quiet. The food was amazing. I had the lobster ravioli which was delicious. Also had a nice glass of house Shiraz. And was also given some baby artichokes complimentary from the staff, they were also delicious. Highly recommend NY pasta garden it is definitely on the list for my future trips to key west. See you all in November!

I have a friend who works at this place and said they have standing water in the kitchen, roaches, mice, flies everywhere, and recently failed an inspection. I would not eat here. Ever.

Showed up for reservation at 11:45 a.m. (place supposedly opens at 11 a.m. for lunch) and the place was deserted. No staff available and it was dark inside although door was open nobody answered or seemed to be inside. It's unacceptable that is they weren't going to be open that they wouldn't call those with reservations to notify them. I typically enjoy this place when I visit Key West but this behavior is unacceptable and I will never return.

Delicious good size portions, the bread was excellent too!! We always tell our friends to go here!
