Bp Truckstop - KEWDALE

A year ago, this place was fantastic. The staff were friendly, the food was enjoyable, and it was a great spot to visit. Unfortunately, it's now one of the worst truck stops I've encountered. Most of the cafe staff are quite rude (with a few exceptions), service is slow, and the food is simply awful. I received shriveled oven-baked sausages (which should have been grilled), cold unbuttered toast, and cold bacon—all from just one meal. When I ordered dinner, the chips were severely undercooked, the potato was also undercooked, and the chicken was dry and barely warm. Overall, it was just disappointing. I won’t be returning unless there is significant improvement. I’ll be taking my business to the Puma on Kewdale Road instead.

I ordered 2 chicken burgers on (1-3-22). Fillets were uncooked in both burgers. Totally money wastage.

I was hungry on Tuesday night so I thought I'd like a steak burger and chips. Burger was delicious but the chips were less than average though I asked for a fresh batch I was with 2 other friends who wanted drinks

The food has always been expensive here, but it was better quality than what it is now.Will not buy food from here anymore, only fuel if I want to pay more for diesel than anywhere else on the planet.

Have been dining here for over 15 years. Fathers day we decided to have brunch. As it would be quiet. This is the first time I gave wanted to walk out. The kitchen person on roster was wiping her nose on her wrist when taking the order . Sneezing and coughing in the kitchen. The whole hour and half we were there. No hygeine at all the sausages were burnt tomatoes not cooked. I could only eat half of my meal as it was very oily. I always have the omelettes. I hope this person will be taught hygeine and not come to work sneezing and coughing. Especially when in the kitchen handling food.
