Bidrage med feedbackI had a bit of time to kill before I caught a train so decided to get something to eat from the MacDonalds in Kettering High Street. Like the majority of MacDonalds restaurants nowadays they have touch screen panels for you to order your food from. I ordered my food and took a plastic stand so the staff would know where to bring my food. The restaurant was not particularly busy but there were no clean tables available. I ended up having to clear a table of rubbish so I could find somewhere to sit. It did not take long for my food to arrive and it was hot and tasted good which was the only pluses of my visit. It was frustrating that there were so many dirty tables as there were staff behind the counter who did not appear to be too busy working. Perhaps they should have been out in the customer area making things clean and welcoming for new customers?
The restaurant was Littered with food upstairs was also dirty tables full of crumbs. The floor was full of food on it, the place was just not clean. I wouldn't told the manager that upstairs was dirty, she said to me. Oh, sorry, it was supposed to be shut, and that no one supposed to be going upstairs. But it was open and it was so dirty even after I said it needed cleaning. No one went upstairs to clean.
Somebody is profiting off of the items that go missing at this McDonald's, and it happens every time I place an order here. It's absurd and unacceptable.
Do not order food via an app, uber in particular, we always seem to get missing food and both the restaurant and uber refuse to acknowledge its their fault?? Simple job...check the order before packing!
Spoke to sum 1 at your establishment he said nithing we can do it’s delivery drivers fault so I said nothing we can do I said there no point ordering online then I think manager was regarded me sharni foxon
