Bidrage med feedbackI went to this restaurant and used a coupon that was sent to me, only to find out after my meal that they do not accept those coupons. It was a disappointing experience, and I ended up having to pay $10 more than expected. This incident has turned me off from ever returning to this restaurant and has also affected my perception of Subway as a whole. I would not recommend dining here. If you do decide to eat at Subway, make sure to visit a different location to avoid any similar issues.
The sandwich did not resemble the photo at all. It could be considered false advertising. It was all bread with very little meat. I could have bought a sandwich anywhere else and gotten a better deal. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.
I visited this restaurant with my daughter, and she ordered a 12-inch sub along with a voucher for a free cookie, which the cashier honored. I tried to use a voucher I had purchased for buy one get one free on two 12-inch subs, but the cashier refused to honor it. The voucher was valid for any Subway location, so there was no reason for them to reject it. I will not be returning to this Subway and will instead go to Woodman at Fricker. It is ridiculous that the owners are being greedy and not accepting valid vouchers. They should have a sign stating that they do not accept certain coupons.
Absolutely disgusted. The older gentleman making food didn’t change his gloves between handling people’s cash in the register and then touching the breads, meats, veggies, etc. Won’t be coming back to this location.
Multiple bad experiences at this location. Forgotten items. Website/app menu incorrect for this location. Horrible customer service.
