Hot Head Burritos - Kettering

Telling customers one amount at the speaker and then giving them a higher total at the window is a sure way to drive them away.

It's around 5:00 PM, and my husband and I have our baby sleeping in the car. We were asked to wait at the drive-thru, but it seemed like they completely ignored us. We sat there for 15 to 20 minutes without any response at all. And this is a corporate store? Very interesting.

The food is excellent, and the staff is really friendly! A special shoutout to Dylan G—he makes the best burritos, and the bowls are fantastic as well. This review is for the Kettering location on Stroop!

Food is great but this one is remarkably smaller with portions, compared to their other locations. frequent customer who loves HH, but i can’t go to this one

Ordered a burrito and a bowl online, went to pick up waited ten minutes at the speaker for NO ONE to respond to me, pulled to window rung bell, when got food it was nothing I ordered, $35. worth of trash.......never again!!!
