Chipotle Mexican Grill - Kettering

Awful experience. I requested rice and beans on the side with my two quesadillas at the register, but was told they couldn't add them because I didn't ask for them initially. I didn't argue as I had my hands full with 3 children, but when I got home and checked my receipt, I realized I was charged for items I didn't order. I enjoy chipotle, but if this is the type of service I can expect, they won't be getting my money anymore.

I do not recommend this restaurant, especially after my experience today. I was informed of a disturbing secret - the app used to place mobile orders may sometimes steal money and not fully process the order, meaning customers who do not show up may still be charged without receiving their food. This information was not publicly disclosed by the restaurant staff. When I realized I did not have the confirmation number for my order because my phone was not with me, the staff member suggested I go retrieve it, but I decided not to return due to the long distance. Unfortunately, we did not receive our food, yet our money was still taken for the items we ordered through the app.

The food was okay here. My biggest gripe was the burnt chicken, and the chips were very greasy. The person who greeted us was obviously in a bad mood which wasn't pleasant. They were out of forks, but I can use a spoon, no problem. I had the remind the cashier to get my water cup, so I felt a bit rushed through the whole process. I usually would come back, but there are better Chipotles around, like the one on Dorothy Lane by the Moriane Walmart.

Every time I come here they are out of something. Usually lettuce or dressing, and don't tell you till you're about to pick it for your meal. Usually they don't accept cash. Today they ONLY accept cash... Just seems like this branch is poorly ran.

What a joke!!!! I paid for extra rice a got this and my burrito bowl isn't even half full!!!! What a waste of money. Rice is hard as a rock too!!!!
