Ocean View - Ketchikan

Equally impressive as a five-star restaurant in major cities. I've been a loyal customer since they first opened their doors.

When the order arrived, it was listed as three items, and when I pointed out that I had ordered four, the staff member confirmed it was indeed four. However, the soft taco was extremely small – I wouldn’t even have fed it to my dog, and it came without any side. I tipped $10 on an $84 bill, hoping for better service. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, a Spanish-speaking man came over claiming to be in charge. I tried to explain my concerns, but he seemed to be distracted and didn’t really listen. He never offered any apologies. If this is how they treat their customers, I cannot recommend this place – they were rude and unprofessional.

I've always had a fantastic meal at Ocean View. Their menu offers a wide variety of options, including Italian, American, Mexican dishes, pizzas, and pastas. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.
