McDonald's - Keswick

I have never had an issue with the drive-thru service at this restaurant. However, every time I receive my food, the fries are always placed next to the drink and end up being cold. Additionally, they frequently forget to include the ketchup that I have requested. During my last visit, there was no selection of drinks available. When I reached out to complain, I received an email response three days later. When I called to follow up, I was told that because it had been three days, they were unable to do anything about it.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. The staff doesn't pay attention to what you order, and the manager is lazy. I went to this McDonald's and they asked me to wait for my order based on the designated number, but it took forever for them to bring it. Tonight, they couldn't even hear me when I repeated my order twice, and they still got it wrong. The manager was also very lazy.

In a small town where everything closes by 9:00, McDonald's is the only option for food or drinks. Despite being a regular customer due to working night shifts, I am often disappointed by their lack of attention to detail (such as forgetting to include a straw) and their constant cleaning of the ice and frozen beverage machines. My husband and I decided to test the store by visiting at different times, but each time we were told that the machines were being cleaned. It is frustrating to see a potential money-making opportunity wasted due to incompetent and lazy staff. Perhaps it is time for new management or for the head office to address these issues. Keswick McDonald's, it's time to improve and take customer complaints seriously.

Friendly staff and fast service. Clean areas. All orders have corrected this time. Decalf coffee is usually a wait, but its fresh and worth waiting. We go there because seniors get 20 percent of any size of coffee or tea. the stickers also love for a... free coffee.

The week before there was a hair in my coffee. Same early morning staff. I have stopped going to this place.
