The tables were dirty, food waste and sticky drink stains on the tables. We sat at 3 different tables and none of them were cleaned. If there had been a lot of people, it would have been understandable that maybe they hadn't had time to clean up yet, but most of the tables were empty. I had to ask the waiter to clean the table myself. We ordered snacks and steaks, which were brought to the table at the same time... The food and garlic breads were cold. It was as if the meals had been prepared during the day and warmed up in the microwave. The steaks themselves were tasty, but just cold. Fish& Chips and chicken wings must have been freshly made, they were hot. The garlic breads had no garlic at all, rather just hard, cold and greasy breads covered with grated cheese. Considering the prices that are asked, daily steaks in random canteens are also better value for money. Food was brought to our table without cutlery. The waiter didn't say anything, but left his empty grocery cart with us and walked away. We went looking for cutlery ourselves until finally the waiter brought us cutlery too. The application is an interesting but non-functional solution. Crashes and doesn't display things correctly. I am extremely disappointed as I have had a very good experience before. Given that I sent two emails regarding this experience and received no response, a prime example of O'Learys service both in the restaurant and via email being completely lacking. The same goes for chefs. The amounts earned from food and entertainment could be used for customer service chef training and application development.

Yesterday we went to eat at O 'Learys and unfortunately the Cheddar burger that was under top picks was very raw and we did not eat the patty. It was still moo ing on the plate, edges were cooked to pink but middle part was still red and soft. Maybe also cold but we didn 't risk food poisoning and left half uneaten. Sauces were good but fries were kind of tasteless and also came with no sauce on the side which was odd. Atmosphere is always kind of weird there and seating is not very comfortable, service is pretty slow. We have also visited bowling area before, 1 time the system didn 't work at all and we left, 2 times we got a crooked lane which meant that bowling balls were going in the wrong direction and it was difficult to play. Kind of weird place.
