Wendy's - Kernersville

I'm in the army and today I came by after a long day at work in uniform. I had my kids with me and I just ordered them. When I came into the window to pay the manager, I came into the window and told myself that she appreciated me for my service to our country and compose our meals. I never expect anything free or ask for military discounts, so that this surprised me. My children were so happy! They even gave my children a frosty each and a few toys. We were very grateful. My children enjoyed their meals! Thank you. You did my day for children! I wish I had their names.

We ordered the highway at 8:30 on Sunday night. The ride through the staff was extremely friendly. After we ordered that I jumped out to use the rest room as we drove all day. Another employee had just hacked the hallway, was not least annoyed that I had to go over her clean ground. She said I shouldn't worry at all. To complete it, our food was very fresh. I appreciate a fun fast food restaurant. I worked at three at High School College, one was Wendys. Great work!

We have been on S. Main St. in Kernersville several times in the last few months. Exceptional service every time. The General Manager Shirley and her staff are always so friendly and polite. They make sure that every customer takes care of and goes over and over other fast food restaurants. If I gave them more than five stars. Excellent customer service!

I went two days ago the Wendy’s on 66 and is late and I ordered and Jr cheese burger deluxe a small frit and a six piece Nugget and I did not open the bag until I got on the highway because I had an hour and a half to drive home and I was in a chicken nugget, that was completely cold, so I went for the burger was also cold and pink in the shop.

I didn't go in with very high expectations, having saw the relatively negative reviews. I was absolutely blown away. Shortest wait time I've had at any Wendy's (my order is a little complicated, so I don't mind the wait). It was ready when I came back from washing my hands! Restaurant was super tidy, and staff was very pleasant. Very impressed!
