During my visit to this restaurant, I encountered a subway employee who was seated in a chair. She was a Caucasian woman, approximately 4'10" tall, and appeared quite annoyed that I had come in to place an order. It seemed like she preferred to enjoy her break and have some time to herself instead of serving customers. This wasn't the first time I had this experience with her; she consistently makes me feel uncomfortable when ordering due to her dismissive attitude. It wasn’t just me—she treated the customer before me with the same indifferent demeanor. I hope the franchise owner takes note of my review, as it would be beneficial for them to work on improving customer service.
I visit the subway every week to pick up a sandwich for a family friend who can't drive due to a stroke. Every time, the staff is attentive and courteous. The food is always fresh and tasty! Excellent work!
Very clean, and nice and happy employees to serve you. Good prices on sub of the day. Chips, cookies and soda too.
Arrived to the subway at 8:30 pm, and as I was walking up to the entrance one of the employees with straight eye contact tried to close the gate before we made it. So I walked faster to say ?don?t you guys close at 9? he then tried to look at his phone todouble check. But I showed my phone of the time of 8:30 pm. He then rolled his eyes and said ?fine come on?. I understand thatsometimes you want to leave work early if possible. But to close a restaurant down with 30 mins still to be open isunprofessional. A lot of people get off work at 8 pm and rely on using that last hour to grab some quick food before everyoneshuts down. And I don?t think we deserve to be rushed to make a order after our long days of work we just finished as well.
