Monte De Rey - Kernersville

I came to this establishment on Sunday 3/3, after placing a to go order. After I placed the order, I received a confirmation email stating my order would be ready at 3:04. I arrive at the restaurant promptly and made my way to the to go area only to be told that my order was nowhere to be found. I gave the cashier my name and order and still nothing is coming up. I show her the transaction showing what obviously was taken out of my account and she responds “Well, we have multiple locations … that may be Walkertown” AS IF I HAVEN’T ORDERED THERE MULTIPLE TIMES. If I were you, I would NEVER ORDER A TO GO ORGER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ACT CONFUSED LIKE YOU NEVER PLACED THE ORDER! I WILL BE BACK FOR MY REFUND AND NEVER RETURN.

We love this spot! Good food, and if you get Christopher as your server you get phenominal service. Friendly, not pushy, and attentive. 100% great value and we will keep coming!

I got a steak and rice and was a little tough. Seems like the waitress that waited on us like she was in La La Land somewhere.

Not sure what happened, but lately the food comes out undercooked and tasting stale. Me and my family ate here last night and everyone at our table complained about how the food tasted and 4 of us got sick that night after we got home.We've come to this restaurant before and never had an unpleasant experience. Not sure what changed, but I don't think we'll be coming back. Shame too, because the employees were great. Seems the problem is in the kitchen.

Great service! Excellent food, price and portions. Love the manager, he is always so friendly and helpful!
