Hotel's ambience is very nice. Food was little delayed. But that time the staff make sure that customer is not getting bored by playing nice songs in tv. Actually I enjoyed that food delayed time also. The food was delicious only . Price also reasonable. So I think it's ok to provide you 5 star.. Thanks jaas for nice food and nice experience. Customer can enjoy nice food in a peace Atmosphere. Parking also appreciated one. I ordered chicken biriani. It was tasty. And the most important thing is, in a local restaurant I paid 130 rupees for biriyani and these 4 star hotel I paid only 150 rupees. The service they provided is very much appreciated. And the food cost also I didn't expected high quality food in this rate , that too in a 4 star hotel. Best wishes for your future growth. Service: 5

I recently stayed at jass continental and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the lack of value provided by the front desk staff. The customer service was far from satisfactory, leaving me with a sense of disappointment. Upon arrival, the front desk failed to convey a welcoming atmosphere. The staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful, providing minimal assistance during the check-in process. There was a clear lack of attention to guests, making the initial impression quite underwhelming. Throughout my stay, attempts to seek information or assistance from the front desk were met with indifference. It felt as though guest concerns were not a priority, and the staff did not go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. Additionally, the overall communication was lacking, contributing to a sense of frustration. Requests and inquiries were often met with delayed responses or, at times, were outright ignored. In conclusion, my stay at was overshadowed by the disappointing level of customer service provided by the front desk. For a hotel experience to truly offer value, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction are essential, elements that were regrettably absent during my time at this establishment.
