Wendy's - Kentwood

I waited in line for an eternity, and many people ended up giving up and leaving. They seemed to be issuing collection orders, but apparently not for the drive-through line. When I finally pulled out, the same van was still at the window where I had started waiting. I never got the chance to order anything or eat there. I won't be coming back again. I'm giving one star because it wouldn’t let me give zero.

I went through the drive-thru today and ordered some kids' meals along with some strawberry shortcake. I also ordered two cheeseburgers, but they tasted sour. I won’t be going back again.

The fries were hot and fresh, and the salad was really tasty. The service was quite fast! You can't go wrong with a Biggie Bag!

Here a few times and eating was good, they take a little longer in the drive thru, but that makes eating for it. no problem with service, always friendly staff.

This is the slowest-moving fast food line you 'll ever be in. We live nearby and come here about once a year, for some reason thinking it will improve over time. The food is fine and the staff is nice, but don 't come if you 're in a hurry!
