Tony, the owner and guy behind the counter is SO knowledgeable! His mom owned the store before him so he grew up learning about healthy, non- prescription ways to help your body and symptoms. Whether you have the every day common cold, to more extreme medical conditions, stop by and pick his brain. I had a bone infection for 6months and the wound wasn't closing up and the word amputation was starting to be thrown around. I honestly think his recommendations on what to add to my very day routine and wound helped save my foot! This past summer I stopped in bc I had been eaten by mosquitoes and NOTHING was giving me relief of the itching. I was about to get on a plane was desperate for something so I could sit still. Stopped in to see Tony on the way to the airport he had just the thing! Totally saved my sanity!! I will ALWAYS recommend Tony and his store! I learned of him from some clients many years ago since then have learned many people drive from all over to come see Tony pick his brain!

I sometimes wish we had a Whole Foods, Sprouts, or PCC etc..in the Covington/Maple Valley area but thank goodness we have Sunshine Corners! Several times they offered suggestions that not only complimented what my Naturopath suggested, but added to it a few other things that could help...and they did! Great products and knowledgable friendly service!

This place is so absurdly expensive, rent couldn't possibly be that high for this area. If another health foods store popped up close by it would put this antiquated store out of business. I am disappointed that the individuals that own this establishment have the audacity to charge as much as they do for vitamins and health foods. Unfortunate. Please do not go here unless you enjoy overpriced items that you can get elsewhere.

Strongly Recommend them! they are so great at helping me find the right supplements to help me. Many times I wasn't able to get in with my doctor for another two weeks, Toni was able to recommend a great supplement to help me get through till I saw her. Last time I cancelled my doctor apt because his recommendation fixed my problem. Highly recommend them for the quality of their products and for their knowledge.
