Starbucks - Kent

They dont carry bananas anymore which I was very disappointed since I like that in the drink I order there whenever I go to any Starbucks.

They mentioned that refills are not allowed unless you dine in, but it would be nice if they communicated that to customers in a more friendly manner.

We enjoyed some coffee while waiting for an appointment down the street. My friend accidentally left her purse on the floor, but when we called the next morning, they had kept it safe for us. The staff were very friendly.

I visited the restaurant for the first time since their renovation. There was no line ahead of me, but I waited a full 10 minutes without anyone taking my order. The two staff members had a disrespectful attitude. The customer service has really deteriorated. It completely ruined my morning.

I recently visited this restaurant while spending time with family and friends, and I had an incredible experience. I ordered a white chocolate mocha, and the barista, Brian, prepared it perfectly on his first try. I only wish my hometown café could make it just as well!
