The service and the food were both amazing I really liked the old look and feel of the pizza hut

If I’m writing a review it’s either a one or a five, right? Unfortunately this location gets a one. The food is what you expect and I do like their pizza. If you actually get it. Issue here is I used the online app and delivery said 30 minutes. At the 50 minute mark I called and they explained they use Uber Eats for delivery and had no control over timeframe. I told them I’d be in for pickup. When I got there my order had not started. This is now over an hour later. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give me one. After a ten minute discussion, mainly on how stupid this was, I left without my food or a refund. Thankfully I disputed the $48 charge on my credit card and got a full refund. As a side note Pizza Hut corporate said they were incorrect in not crediting me.

Had a great experience! Kids were happy and fed, while our server ran around the store as a team of 1! No problems!

Terrible, just terrible, from the 2 pizza buffet to the brown lettuce salad bar, we have tried this 3 times, will not be back, pizza has gone down hill doesn 't taste good anymore, service.. I can not even with this.. poor girl was alone running the whole place, 1 guy in the kitchen..

Service was fast professional and prompt. Our waitress was very good at her job. I wish more people would dine in at Pizza Hut.
