Pita Pit - Kent

Don't bother! If you're in a hurry, like for a quick 30-minute lunch break and try to order online, you'll still have to wait in the drive-thru line to pick it up. The doors are locked and they won't let you inside. I placed my online order 15 minutes in advance, but still had to wait an additional 18 minutes in the drive-thru line to receive my food. Ordering ahead only guarantees that your food will be cold when you finally receive it. I will not be returning.

I saw online that they were conducting open interviews, so I went to the restaurant. However, when I arrived, no one was there. I came back later, and even though they saw me waiting outside, no one came to the door. I took it as a sign from above that I shouldn't work there. I was also planning to buy something to eat, so it felt like discrimination.

Dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Not a great place they usually close at 4 p.m. but doors always locked around 3 p.m. would not recommend

Check your food .. after not having pita pit in several years I was excited to try again. Pick up my food take about 2 bites and find a long hair in it. I turned around politely explained I lost appetite and handed them the sandwich. Requested a refund and have had to call 2x .... Still no refund . Staff was friendly
