Jack In The Box - Kent

Honestly it was ok. Onion rings were decent but carried highly on the type of cook they got. Appeared only one employee was working the whole store. Wasn't the cleanest from what I could see from the drive through. Lady also missunderstood multiple times the order so that was a bit annoying. We were the only order at the time and the place didn't even look open from driving up to it till we hit the drive through to see if they were. First time ever eating there for me. Also the tripple bacon jack burger which is what I got was a big let down. It was just two tiny buns with three paper thin mostly flavorless Patty's drowned in what I hope was actually cheese sauce of suspect origin and not what it appeared to be otherwise. The picture showing the burger made it look big Mac sized but in reality it was smaller than a McDonald's mcdouble. Might eat there again maby if other places are closed but not goin to actively seek it out as there are just better places to eat especially for the price which was way too much. Cost twice what it would at McDonald's who is also robbing their customers blind with their prices so there's just no value in this place at that point.

Honestly Jack in the box has nice versatility, but not that great of burger based meals. I would recommend most of their sides instead of their burger meals.

The staff at this jack in the box, were friendly and efficient. I ordered a meat burrito at breakfast and it was so huge, I took it home and made it into 2 meals. I love the sausage they use, it's very flavorful

If you guys could actually be open when you say you’re open online that’d be awesome… that way i dont have to make the trip only to find out there’s nobody there. idk if staffings that bad or if they just don’t care but this seems like a consistent problem across the franchise. Hope they work on this.

Only 2ppl per shft. Was given cold curly fries. U-tured n went back for replacement. They scooped another batch of cold fries from under the heat lamp dunked them in the oil n gave me fresh fries in 12 secs. SMH
