Gator's Sports Grill - Kent

Messed up on drink and food and manager came to argue with me about the pizza not having onions after we sent it back and it clearly did. Didn’t get any compensation and while walking out manager followed me out to tell me we whwre no longer welcome cause of their poor awful service. Be aware!

I wanted to edit my review that I posted a while ago. Again I haven't eaten there for a while but I still think the food is very excellent and enjoy it very much. The big issue that I want to point out is the major price differences. And I'm using two examples both are my favorite to order from your location. Your country fried steak is $24 and a side of hash brown is $9. Now there is a location that I've been going to also called nighas Cafe. Their chicken fried steak is $16.49 and their side of hash browns is $5. Both occasions when it comes to the quality and taste of food I think are very great. I guess I'm just trying to understand why the big price difference between the two unless one location is using way fresher ingredients from some exotic country and the other place isn't it. The hash browns alone doesn't make sense because they're potatoes they're cheap as it is the portion size are the same and The taste quality is the same why is there a $4 difference between the two. It's not like I can't afford to spend the extra money but you know you watch those cooking shows for restaurants that are supposed to price out their food correctly and I just feel like the gator bar and grill is not doing exactly correct on their pricing

I haven't been to gators while for almost 20 years a lot of upgrades have happened I gotta say they are very good It used to be a lot smallor they expanded and have gotten better

The servers don't like it when you walk to them to order food or drinks. You need to be seated and waiting for them. It wasn't particularly busy when our large party came in, but the service was slow. The food was okay. We enjoyed the activities they had in the place like pool and darts.
